A thing that I've done to keep me motivated for the days when I'm down or lazy, is to create an inspirational quote wall. Just find lots of awesome workout quotes on the internet, write them down and be really creative – draw something, color something. Then hang all of the quotes a place, whee you'll see them everyday. In my case, I hung them above my bed. That way, I can wake up and feel motivated and inspired.
